whew!! finally im back in subang! after travelling up north to kelantan, then way down south to jb, then cross border to sg, finally going back to the starting point.
gosh.. don really like the traveling part.makes me sick..
been missing subang lots, esp the friends here.
anyway, it's 1st july 2008 now. time just flies.
and i decided to review my resolutions i made about 6 months ago, if you've read, in 28jan post.
and here they are:
1. involve in more church activities. get closer to God.
- i don't think i did this one. rather, i was so busy with work i kinda neglected God, sadly. but He never gives me up. there's still the voice inside of me, probably the Holy Spirit, who kept urging me, 'hey! did you talk to God today?'
2. continue learning violin. take exam. get distinction.
- blah. i did do well. hopefully i'll pass. that's enough. but i'll still continue learning, if possible.
3. finish at least 1 thick book about bioengineering.
- this is, even worse. really. i mean, i can't even find any books related to bioengineering. so...
4. find a good job with high pay. not some boring job.
- um..the pay part sucks. but well, it's boring most of the times, only when there're friends around, job won't be boring.
5. earn money.spend money. shopping.
- oh i sure did this. alot. i wonder why is it in my resolution?
6. buy a good laptop with my money.
- ha! i don't save enough.. i'll try..
7. (ok no5-6 are not really sensible) involve in helping people. eg. orphans,etc. (*unsure*)
- uhh.... no actually.. din even take effort to find any community service. sigh.
8. read more books. (novels,etc)
- no! was busy with work. argh. and my eyes couldn't concentrate long so i dozed off everytime i opened the book for less than 10minutes.
9. learn and master CSS and javascripts.
- i did learn CSS. but not mastering it. damn. was planning to create my own blogskin. but..well..
10. be enthusiastic on learning new stuff.be pro-active.
- i'm not sure whether i did this. but then again, i did learn new stuff. so i think i did this. haha!
(coming to this point, i'm very angry at myself for being useless for the past six months)
11. not be bored. not be lazy. not be useless.
- this past few months weren't bored. haha! lazy and useless i'm not sure.
12. be more mature. grow up.
- yup yup i did this! i grew up!! though growing up has more worries, responsibilities. argh..then again, i became um.. a tiny bit more mature, i guess...
so that's it! out of 12 resolutions, i did um... around 3. sucky..
sigh.. never mind. this kind of thing seldom work anyways ;)
